At Business Suave, becoming a Creator isn’t just a title — it’s an adventure. If you’re ready to shape the future of business learning and have a blast doing it, you’re in the right place. Here’s how you can join our Creator Squad and what it means once you’re in:

1. The Path to Becoming a Creator 🛤️

Application & Interview: First, you’ll submit your application to the Business Suave team. If selected, you’ll be invited to a high-energy interview where you’ll showcase your passion, ideas, and vision.

The Presentation: After your interview, you’ll present to our current Creator Team. Think of it as a Shark Tank, but with way more smiles and applause!

The Vote: To officially become a Creator, you’ll need to secure at least a 50% “yes” vote from the current Creator Team. It’s democratic… and dramatic! 🎭

2. Membership Commitments 📝

Game Purchase Requirement:
All approved Creators are required to purchase 1,000 Business Suave games at wholesale price at the start of the fiscal year.
(Don’t worry — you’ll have the hottest product in town.)

Profit Sharing:
Stick with us for the full fiscal year, and you’ll be eligible for exclusive profit sharing! This is our way of rewarding the dreamers, the doers, and the die-hards who stay for the whole ride. 💰✨

3. Independent Contractor Status 🤝

Creators are not employees of Business Suave.

As a Creator, you will be considered an independent contractor/vendor.
You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, insurance, and other legal obligations tied to your activities. You’ll have the freedom to create within the Business Suave brand, while still enjoying the entrepreneurial independence we love.

4. Ownership of Work & Intellectual Property 🎨📝

Any content, ideas, designs, products, decks, or materials you develop as a Creator — individually or collaboratively — become the exclusive property of Business Suave. Business Suave retains all rights, title, and interest in any and all intellectual property created by Creators during their term. By joining as a Creator, you agree to assign and transfer any rights you might have in such developments to Business Suave.
(Don’t worry — we’ll make sure your contributions are celebrated, even though the official ownership stays with the brand.)

5. The Creator Life 🚀

As a Business Suave Creator, you’re not just making cards — you’re shaping futures, inspiring entrepreneurs, and growing an unstoppable brand. Expect brainstorming, innovation sprints, secret previews, and a whole lot of high-fives along the way!

6. Important Reminders 📌

Creators must actively contribute to deck development and business challenges. If a Creator leaves before the end of the fiscal year, they forfeit profit sharing for that year. Wholesale game purchases are non-refundable, so bring your best ideas and boldest moves! We believe in creativity, collaboration, and integrity — and expect all Creators to embody those values every step of the way.
